What changed on the site. Community edits are reviewed first, then appear here and in the catalog.
- Emptiness audit: removed dead/empty entries **#32, 33, 57, 58, 62, 105** (see repo-root `catalog_audit_empty.md`). Kept **#115** [OIRADio](https://t.me/oiradradio).
- Added resource **#115** [OIRADio](https://t.me/oiradradio) — Telegram channel *Oirad Radio Worldwide* (culture, language, events; ~877 subscribers). Verified via t.me/s/oiradradio.
- Fuller Kalmyk (xal) locale: `catalog_xal.json` with names/descriptions for all public catalog cards; home, about, suggest, and catalog leads translated; regions localized.
- English and Chinese catalog card titles cleared of leftover Russian (except proper nouns); interface bodies already native.
- Select-to-edit (Wikipedia-style): on all pages (ru/en/zh/xal), selecting text shows “Suggest edit” → `/suggest/` with `quote`, `page`, empty `proposed_text` and `reason`.
- Form and API (`_worker.js`) accept `quote`, `page_path`, `proposed_text`.
- Maintainer workflow: fetch → research credibility → then apply + redeploy; no auto-merge.
- Online edit submit: on `/suggest/` (all 4 languages) the primary button is **Submit online** — no file download, with success message and request id.
- Submissions go to `/api/suggest` (Cloudflare Pages `_worker.js` + Workers KV `SUGGESTIONS`). JSON download / copy text remain as backup.
- Added resource **#114** [Todo Bichig](https://todobichig.ru/) — free Clear Script alphabet tutor.
- Community editing (wiki-style): “Suggest edit” on every catalog card and About pages.
- `/suggest/` accepts edits to existing entries and new resources.
- History page (`/history/`) shows this changelog.
- Added `CONTRIBUTING.md` and `suggestions/README.md`.
- Catalog still excludes extremist/risky resources (see `build.py`).
- First public MVP on Cloudflare Pages: 4-language catalog (xal/ru/zh/en), filters, about, suggest.
